The Canon EOS 350d is available for 400 Euro (about 590 Dollar) – which is cheap, well, kinda.
The 400d is newer, but not really that much better, just a few extras. By getting the 350D I could invest in a great Lens I just love. Butt 400 Euro aint less.
Eek – I don’t know what to do. My tummy says “buy it”, my head says “don’t – it’s too much money”. But it’s so purdy and the lenses are just sooo yummy!

400D is better cus its new, but that deal you got for the 350D is cheap, so i guess its ok to buy it and its christmas!! im getting myself a dslr as well!
I’m looking to buy a “budget compact camera” — which is hard, because I still want decent photos (and you really do get what you pay for!). If you want it, think it’s worth the investment, then… buy it and blot the price out of your brain forever more. Or do a shopaholic and say: “it’s a one off opportunity!”
saturn has the 400d for like 399€ for christmas

I love my 400D – the bigger display makes a huge difference 😉 Other than that I can’t tell how much better it is because I never really used the 350D…
I’m one of those people that is usually guilty of buying on an impulse so I cant give any advice , but, 590 is not that bad.

I’d buy it if I were you. Discounts like this you don’t get everyday and if the product is good, then it’s worth it. Go for it!
