I’m finally, as of today, feeling a bit better. Thank GOD for antibiotics. I’m normally not fond of taking it, but when a sickness just gets worse and worse with each day, I’m happy for that invention. I only need to take it five days, so that’s fine too.
I lost two Kilos (4,4 pounds) and now weigh 46 Kilos (101 pounds). A good start for my summerweight ;), allthough it’s still snowing here every now and again.
I was surfing for Roxy and Billabong Bikinis and of course, JCrew.com again, cause I just can’t get enough of looking. I know that the dollar is very bad and that I pay a whole lot less for their products in Euros, but 180 dollars for a skirt is still WAY too much for me. But like Adastra said, the flip flops are cheap and I already ordered two pair of them the beginning of this year. I noticed I’ve worn my old ones for seven years, so I thought it was about time to get new pairs :).
If you’re looking for a new forum to join, Incantomb is a quite nice and friendly looking place. I normally wouldn’t plug, but as I said, it’s nice.
The lover is picking me up tomorrow, seeing my parents picked me up on thursday because my sickness wasn’t getting better. I went to a doctor in Munich which I found online, and Alex took me there on thursday morning. My first impression of the medical office was “ugh”, but I was happy to be at a doctor’s. Turns out, the doctor is a homeopathic doctor and gave me all herbal medicine. The pharmacist just looked at me and said I needed something strong (The lover visited the drugstore everyday to get me new medicine) and didn’t give me anything of that herbal stuff.
Normally I’m ok with herbal medicine and I’ll take it, allthough I don’t believe in it 100%, but in that case I was just mad at the doctor and didn’t understand.
So my parents picked me up because where they live, I have my doctor I can trust. It’s just such a relief when you go to a doctor you’ve known for years and where you feel comfortable.
So now I’m sitting here, feeling better and hoping to be able to go to class next week.
Oh, tomorrow is daylight savings time. So don’t forget to set your clocks (if you haven’t done so already)
