March Weather

weather_march2014
Amazing, over 20°C in March – that has never happened before. It’s Saturday today, I enjoyed the day yesterday with my bike and a stop at the Biergarten and Ice Cream Parlor and now I’m sitting on the couch reading and waiting for the rain (and snow?!?!) to come back again. Can’t wait till Spring is officially here.

Gym Secret #1

Hm, so ok, when I look in the mirror and look at my stomach I can see a two-pack, or let’s say, a four-pack. After I saw my abs today I felt good, so I packed my sports stuff, grabbed my bike and drove to the gym to do a little more for my abs.

At the gym, I was highly motivated to train my stomach. I have three exercises in my trainins-plan but today I wanted more.

So, I tried this new “machine”. The leg-lift.
I started out with my first ten repetitions. I didn’t think it was easy, seeing you need strenth in your arms as well.

I then made my second round and I thought that this all feels weird. It felt a little weird in my, let’s say, lower woman body part… and with weird I mean good.

I made a longer pause this time to let the weird feeling pass and then I started my third and last round of ten repetitions – but, I had to quit at number 7. I couldn’t go on because I thought I might get a freaking orgasm from lifting my legs to train my belly!! How weird is that?! I wonder if that’s a known phenomenon or what. Oh gee! I had to smirk but I thought I better not continue with this exercise.

I wonder if I’m the only who REALLY enjoys this machine or if other girls have experienced the same. I guess I’ll never know because I will not run around my gym asking others if they have a near-orgasm-experience on the leg-lift, as well!?

Books read in February 2014

I’ve read seven books in February. Lucky there was only one book I didn’t really like.
Books read in February
I never read Nora Robers before but I can imagine she’s a total romantic-writing author. I already have a couple more books written by her on my wishlist. At the moment I’m reading “Can you keep a secret” by Sophie Kinsella. I wonder if I like it better than “The wedding girl” by her as Madeleine Wickham, which I thought was quite terrible.

Cross-Country Skiing in South Tyrol

The lover, a friend and me spent a lovely weekend in South Tryol. The weather was great (see photos below) and we also still had some good snow. The first day we completed 22.17 km.

On the second day we went 21km, unfortunately my Garmin wasn’t loaded so it stopped recording pretty soon 🙁

Luckily the Lover also uses a Garmin 🙂

And wow – the pain I have in my legs! I can hardly lift my right leg. Good excercise for the triceps and butt as well. Yumm!

Books read in January 2014

books_january
Above are the books I read in January. I had time – I read a lot. I registered at goodreads and found a lot of books I’d love to read.

I never thought I’d enjoy reading so much, but, I guess it all depends on the book genre. I used to read those hard to read books about life or biography and now I read romance (or chick-lit how I just found out those books are called) and thrillers.

I love going into book stores and just look around for half an hour and leave with two or three books. It’s so relaxing!

3+2

Going through my archive it’s amazing how often I wrote “now I’m old”…

🙂
Got up today and started making a shortcrust for the apple cake I’m making later. Now I’m at my second cup of coffee an checking emails, writing a blogpost. The family is coming over at around 3pm and in the evening the Lover and I are going out for dinner.

Spanish vs. French

french
I’m learning French at the moment – I’m trying to learn French at the moment.
It’s hard! For me it is! I never had French, in school I had Latin (ugh!) and I learned Spanish years ago. Spanish is so much easier (for me)!
I have lots of trouble pronouncing the French words.

5 – Cinq – Sääänk. 15 – quinze – Käääääse.

And all the ´ and ` and ^ and what letters to pronounce and which not…

Bonjour, je m’apelle Tracy, j’ai trente et un ans. Je suis blogger et je travaille chez schatzi.me. Je habit d’Europe. J’ai une méré et un péré et deux saeurs… Comment allez vous? Au revoir! Hm, did I get that right?

It’s fun though but I feel it’s a long and rocky road until I can speak and understand French.
