I just don’t know what to blog about. I want to, I start a post and think “eh, that’s quite boring…”. Do you have phases where you just don’t know what to blog about?
So… I’ll just ask you guys some questions I’ve been wondering about:
- If you’re leaving from school/work… and see a person for the first time that day, do you say ‘Hello’ or ‘Good Bye’?
- How do you handle your cable tangle, if at all?
Hm yeah, that’s it. Happy Sunday everybody, and if you don’t know what to do read my article: What do do on a Sunday 🙂
I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes, I have to force myself to hit publish and just get over the fact that the post is probably not going to appeal to more than 50% of the people who will come across it. Do the same… 😉
Anyway, I try to make eye contact first then I say, “Hi how are you?”
Cable tangle? Not something I’ve had to deal with often…
“Hey, how you going? I’m off for the day, thank god!” 😛
I definitely have phases where I just can’t blog. I’ve been in that “phase” since like MARCH this year. That’s a lot of time, lol.
About question 1, I say pretty much the same thing Amanda said “Hi, how are you doing? I’m leaving now, take care, bye!”
question 2, I hate cable tangle. My headphone’s cable love to get all tangled up. I just, um, leave them tangled until I really need to untangle them and actually have time to work on it patiently, lol.
I feel like that happens to me a lot these days — I don’t know what to write/blog about anymore.. I’m not excited about sharing my life as I used to be, I guess? haha.
But yeah, to answer your question, I’d probably say “have a good night/evening” and as for the cable tangle.. I try to avoid it by wrapping it around in a circle? haha, if that makes any sense.
Generally it’s not a lack of blog content for me (although that does happen!) but more of a lack of time to blog about things I want to blog about. I just blog for myself as I just enjoy it, if other people don’t like it or don’t comment that’s too bad but not a reason for me not to blog.
If I’m leaving work to go home and someone just comes in to start their shift, I generally say ‘Hello, have a good shift / evening’ or something like that. I think it’s odd passing them by saying ‘Bye’ while you haven’t even said hello yet.
I always say “Hello” when I first meet someone. Saying good bye first thing, sounds like I would be saying “I DON’T WANT TO TALK TO YOU!!!” *cue dust cloud* 😛 Hello and goodbye is even worse …
Cable tangle? Like… the one that’s been residing behind my monitor, for the half a year? I think SOMETIMES it occurs to me that arranging it might be a good idea, but then I don’t do it cause I’m lazy 😛
Yeah… blogging’s hard. Especially when on top of “no topic to blog about” you also get “can’t blog about this, cause my boss might read it -.- ”
Heh, done rambling.
For the first question, I’d say hello, since I was greeting them
For the second question, I don’t, I just push it out of the way. 😛
