The Saturday Seven

Seeing I’m in the mood for blogging but I don’t know what ((well, I could tell you how I cleaned my apartment today)) I’m going to change the Friday Five and turn it into the Saturday Seven.

  • What do you see when you are looking out of the window closest to you?
    I see trees, and the house (or big building) across from me
  • Who was the last person coming into your room?
    Alex, the Lover
  • What is the most predominant colour around you?
    Well, I would have to say that is pink. But also black and grey (monitor, keyboard, printer…) and brown/beige (couch, table, chairs)
  • What is right behind you?
    The door to my hallway
  • What is on today’s calendar sheet?
    Hello Kitty?
  • Do you consider yourself to be a good housekeeper? Why or why not?
    Well… when I’m working my 40-hour-week I tend to neglect cleaning. I come home from work and normally go online right away (ehrm, after working on the PC for 9 hours) or I/we eat or we do sports. After I eat I tend not to wash the dishes. I might start washing after I have a huge pile and no knifes, forks etc left. But in general I think I can be a good housekeeper.
  • Do you believe in aliens?
    Well, I believe that there are other creatures out there and not only us. The universe is so huge, it’s endless, so much is unexplored you can’t even put it in words. Maybe engage with it for a while, check out the Hubble ultra deep field ((an image of a small region where almost all of the 3,000 objects in the image are galaxies. It was exposed 10 days, I think)), it’s amazing and unbelievable. Unbelievable, for me.

  1. I definently believe that there are other beings in the universe. I think it’s sort of selfish for people to think that humans are the only things that inhabit the huge universe. I was actually thinking of writing a post about aliens after there was a really interesting thread on Snark :P.

    I hadn’t heard of the ‘Friday Five’ before now, and if I’m ever bored, I might use it (on a Friday, lol :P)

  3. Sounds like me.. when it comes to housekeeping. Come home after a long day at work and internet is the first thing I do, lol. I hate doing the dishes .. :-/ I just hate getting my hands wet unless I am swimming or taking a shower.

  4. I think it is very possible that we are not alone in this universe. Who knows what could be out there?

    The new layout looks really nice and pretty! The only thing I dislike is the way the pink/green bar goes over the yellow Flickr area. But other than that, I love it and the setup is different than usual!

  5. i honestly think there are aliens! lol. well, a lotta people have claimed to see them and their descriptions of UFOs match soooo..i think i believe them. i watched some show on tv before that showed footage of “things” in the sky. oh well. i hope we’re smarter than them though. haha.

    oh by the way, some of the songs in my post are fairly new and some of the artists aren’t really that well-known yet. have you tried listened to some of the songs?
