First of all, thanks for giving me such good feedback on my new layout, I hope you still like it as much when you see it in action?
I’ve never had a one-column layout (well, once, but only for about two weeks during Christmas time) and I hope I will give it a chance and not lose patience too soon. I’m still working on getting the pages set up, need to change the footers and index pages.
If you notice something weird or if there’s something that bothers you (about the design) please let me know.
I really do love this layout; the swirls and the colours in particular are lovely. The hovers are a nice touch too; I loved the changing footer when I went onto the “about” section.
I’ve noticed that the image next to ‘jump to top’ is broken, but other than that it all looks great to me. I love your colour choices.

Oooh, it looks fab! Better than I even expected after seeing the screenshot. I love the colours, and I think the background detail is still gorgeous 😀

Um… why don’t you test it offline. Install xampp, install wordpress and test it there. That way you can avoid me stumbling upon your tests 😛

@Vera: oohh, interesting. I just always thought it was not able at all to view a .php site on your PC. I guess I’ll download it then.

You can, you just need a webserver, php parser and a database management system. xampp gives you all these: apache, php and mysql respectively.

I love the colors you used for the layout! The pink is a little bright but still very pretty.
