I have 1 hour and 10 minutes, then this day will end. So I need to blog now, before, well, before this day ends.
I just got home from swimming. The lover and I set Monday evening, 8:45pm, as our swim-date. Today I also started my “belly-muscles-training for dummies” workout (it’s a dvd). I’m all euphoric, which isn’t a good sign, seeing euphoria doesn’t really last all that long.
But after reading J’s comment on how she works out and her blog posts on how she works out, I got all motivated. I need to watch that DVD first though to know what I should do with my tummy, what’s good for it. Then in the future, I have that routine and I can do that workout whilst watching Friends or Scrubs or King of Queens or Simpsons 🙂
Do you have a daily/weekly/monthly sport/workout routine?
I really like this t-shirt (on a sidenote), it’s from threadless.com
(I have 45 minutes left until tomorrow now)

Now playing: Andrew Oldham Orchestra/The Verve – Bittersweet Symphony
I wish could motivate myself to work out more. I’m horribly out of shape. I can’t run up a flight of stairs without losing my breathe. 🙁
Whenever I can, I do like to play tennis. It helps me to relieve all my stress and aggression on the ball.
Aww THANKS for the plug.
Well, I haven’t seen that DVD, but let me tell you: if somebody wants to get rid of the big tummy, cardio is the way to go, plus working out your abs.
People have the wrong belief that doing abs alone will help them get rid of the tummy, but it doesn’t work that way. Fat is burned down overall in your body, and there’s no way to reduce body fat on a specific area alone. That’s why we need to work out cardio/resistance, so the body will burn fat in whole body. There our tummy will be reduced.
I loved the t-shirt. It’s so real most of the time.
About routines: Well, I work as an instructor and trainer, so I pretty much work out everyday. That way i don’t have to worry about not working out. I just go to work and both things are done at the same time, hehe…
Have a nice day 🙂
I had a workout where I walked a half hour a day and then ran for about 30-45 minutes but I hate running so now I walk a half hour, bike for 20-25 minutes and then work on my abs. We’ll see if its worth it!
Good luck with working out on a daily basis! I used to do Carmen Electra’s Fit to Strip exercises everyday but then I stopped 🙁 I need motivation to start working out again.
