So, seeing I haven’t blogged in quite a long time (one week?), I arrived at a decision to blog again – today.
University is quite busy. Well, actually, thematical- and atlas cartography are quite time consuming. In September last year our course went on excursion to survey per GPS. There were eight groups with five students each. So, in thematical cartography we have to create a map of the region we surveyed and so my group has to meet at least once or twice a week. As mentioned before – very time consuming.
As of April first I’m an official member of the Quilting Bee. After all those years of knowing of the qbee I finally decided to join. Thank Melissa π
Here’s my quilt: Tracy’s quilt, so if you’d like to trade with me I’d be more than happy :).
Working on a new layout again. I’m not quite happy with this one, I actually thought I’d stick with it much longer, but oh well, taste changes.
Congrats on Qbee! I’ll trade with ya π
Oh yes, the quilting bee. I’ve known about that for a while too, but I never had enough interest to join. But who knows? Maybe later I will decide to join. If I ever decide to, I’ll be sure to trade with you . Oh yeah, I need to make a new layout. I think I’ll do that later, though…
I have been thinking to join in qbee actually I have made some testing patches . If I get something cute done, maybe I’ll take next step.
Cartography! That sounds super interesting…that is so cool, even though it’s time consuming! π
YAY for the Q*Bee! I’m still very glad you joined, yay. ^_^
I know what you mean about layouts, I’m getting sick of mine too, haha! I will probably work on a new one as well soon. π
Another YAY for Snark! π Hope you’re having a great day! ^_^
I’ve known about the QBee forever too but never applied. It was always one of those “I’ll get around to it someday” things. I applied recently, like two weeks ago I guess, so I hope I get accepted. π
I get sick of my layouts really fast too. But I think yours is so lovely. π
Hey! Cool for joining hope you get lots of trades! BTW I really like your current layout hope the next is even better :D. Bye
Hiya! hehe it’s funny I got your link for the despair clique and I’ve traded patches with you as well :razz: funny! hehe.
Good luck with school, it seems like it’s very time consuming π― I’d hate it lol.
And CONGRATS on becoming a qbee member!!!
Wow, yeah, school is so time consuming. Oddly enough, I have never heard of Atlas Cartography. Its a brand new word and class type thing to me. Might look it up at the school I transfer too soon.
Hope things go great though. Oh and I love your site.
Cartography sounds like it would be the coolest class ever! Wow, I wish my college offered something like that.
Shame because I really like this layout π
Andh hurray for joining QBee, I am at the moment working on my quilt and then applying. So when I am an offical member I will be trading with you. π
This layout is so lovely! But anyways, can’t wait to see the new one. π
I know what you mean about uni being so busy! I barely have time to go online these days and change layouts. I really should make a new layout though for my blog site. Perhaps I will when my finals are over..
I’ve been wanting to change themes/layouts for the longest time, but it’s almost impossible with my dial=up connection. π BAH, I love this layout, stick with it. π
Thanks for your comment – ( und lg zurΓΌck nach MΓΌnchen π )
Cartography sounds interesting – but also very time consuming; I hate those tasks where you have to meet outside school time, one of four or five people always complains he (or she) has something else to do…duh! π‘
Your site is nice! I like the colours used in the header (the blue-ish stripes) ^^ But I’d also be excited to see a new one, lol.
(o.O May I ask where your spam protection script comes from? I’ve been looking for something like that for ages, I get tons of nasty spam comments…*sighs*)
YAY! Have a fantabulous Easter, Tracy! π‘
