Mother’s day for mothers only

It’s raining. How should I go and pick flowers for my mom when it’s raining like this? I did see a nice bush though along my street with pretty yellow flowers growing from it. I have no idea if someone planted it (I guess) or if it’s just growing… I’ll go and cut some branches though 🙂

Oh god, I got Myspace now. Never thought I would, but times change 😉

Well, I’ll need to shower and get ready to drive out to my parents. You know, mother’s day means cooking for the mom, doing the dishes for the mom, not letting mom do a thing. Allthough I really think Mom’s day is way too overrated. Just like V-day and Father’s day. The flower shops here raise their prices a whole bunch. It’s just a random day – mother’s day is every day! I noticed in the States where there are like 100s of different cards and presents etc etc etc etc… crazy!

  6. Myspace! Good-ness, that thing drove me nuts the first time I got one! I was on it for a while. Then I got addicted. Well, I guess it is. I used to be on it everytime I couldnt sleep so yeah, it was interesting. I hope you had fun at your parents house!

  10. hey girl just stopping by to say hi! I agree about the mothers day thing even though I am alittle late on it 😛 hehe. We get flowers for my mom every year with a card, nothing special..she wants flowers to plant anyways and she’d go and buy herself some anyways 😛 but at times i definetely agree that some holidays are overrated, oh well a bunch of things are in this world..we’ll manage 😉

  13. Oh man, I don’t think I will ever get a myspace. Actually, I do have one, just never used it and don’t even remember the url. I just can’t get into it. Watch, one day I am going to make a similar post to this saying I finally got one, HAHA!
